Q. Why buy from Liquid Solutions?

Q.  Why don't you have prices for everything on the website

A. We try to provide 'example' or budget pricing, but it's difficult to keep up-to-date pricing for all standard items, and impossible for many items which are built to specification.

Q.  Can I see items before I buy?

A. Usually 'no' as we operate on tight margins and low overheads, therefore don't have a warehouse full of stock.  References from satisfied customers are often available and viewings can be arranged, particularly with more expensive items like automatic bottling machinery.

Q.  What if I have a problem with my purchase?

A. We will try our best to resolve any problems quickly and effectively. Most equipment comes with a year's guarantee.  Our aim is to satisfy customers and gain repeat business.

Q.  What is your credit policy?

A. We specialise in providing items for liquid production industries.  Banks are much better at lending money.
