Devices to apply the tamper-evident ring seal at the base of PRE-THREADED metal screw caps.

Version 1 - These models are easy to use, twin-lever sealer, but each sealer is specific for one size of cap only (31.5mm versions can do 18 or 24mm high caps: ‘oil’ caps with or without pourer inserts)

Version 2 - This sealer is robust and gives an excellent finish, easily adjustable for different cap heights and a range of cap diameters, but slower to use. These are supplied with two sizes of wheel, easily swapped over to allow use of caps 18-28 and 24-35mm.

Caps must be applied by hand, or using a tightening device, before using the sealer.

Speed 300-800 bottles per hour.
