This descending semi automatic capping machine closes PFP aluminium caps, also known as ROPP Caps

Heavy-Duty models with twin push-button operation and descending head, to apply aluminium screw ‘ROPP’ (Roll On Pilfer Proof) caps to glass bottles.

A rotating head with four sprung rollers descends and applies strong pressure on top of the cap, forming the seal. It then cuts a thread into the cap and forms it onto the bottle, including the tamper-evident strip at the base.

Easily adjustable for different bottle heights and diameters. Capping heads may be inter-changed to allow use of different bottle/cap combinations on one machine.

Heads have a limited range of adjustment for different cap sizes but set-up normally needs a qualified engineer, and it is strongly advisable to send samples of bottle and caps with order. Please CONTACT US for more details

Suitable for non-carbonated products: spirits, liqueurs, oils, vinegars, toiletries, etc. Extra power motor/spring available on the 3-phase model only, suitable for application of carbonated drink caps (MCA2, MCA3 etc.)

Using the appropriate components, the descending head capper can close the following caps: Stelvin screw caps, BVS caps, MCA caps and Pilfer proof caps (with and without pourer).
